Starting May 24, 2011, Jetstar Airlines will offer daily flights between Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, and Nha Trang, a popular beach holiday destination in the south. The route will be served by a Boeing 737 and there will be one or two flights per day. One-way fares start from VND1,025,000 (USD50) plus taxes and surcharges. Jetstar flies to seven destinations in Vietnam.
The quoted price of VND1,025,000 (USD50) is a promotional price and fares will be higher on certain dates. Airline taxes and surcharges total an additional VND189,000 (USD9) on a one-way flight. Promotional fares are sold on a first-come first-serve basis. Promotional fares are non-refundable and fees apply for any changes. Jetstar is a low cost carrier and additional charges apply for advance seat selection, checked luggage, on-board meals or beverages, advance seat selection, and e-payment by credit card.
